Welcome to My Kidz Kindness Camp!

I am so excited to have your child join me and Kedrick, the Kindness Kangaroo, for a fun-filled day of learning to be kind, respectful, and positive. I can't wait to meet your child and make him/her a Founding Member of The Jayme Hill's Kidz Kindness Clubhouse.

Parents Need to Know

Arrival Time: Please have your child arrive 10–15 minutes early so they can check in, change into their camp t-shirt, and be ready to begin on time. We want to ensure a smooth and exciting start for all campers.

Pick-Up Time: Please plan to pick your child up promptly by 12:45 PM. This gives us time to give campers a warm, organized send-off before camp officially ends at 1:00 PM.

Camp Attire: Children should arrive dressed comfortably in clothing appropriate for movement and activities. Campers will change into their official Kidz Kindness Camp™ t-shirt upon arrival. Comfortable shoes or sneakers are recommended.

Food Allergies & Special Needs: If your child has any:

food allergies
medical concerns
behavioral needs
sensory sensitivities
special accommodations

Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for every child.

Lunch & Snacks: Lunch and/or light snacks may be provided during camp activities. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Health & Wellness: If your child is feeling sick, has a fever, is coughing excessively, or is showing other symptoms, we kindly ask that they remain home for the safety and well-being of all campers.

Personal Belongings: Please clearly label all personal belongings. Jayme Hill’s Kidz Kindness Camp™ and Hillstone Consulting Group LLC are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Positive Environment: Kidz Kindness Camp™ is designed to create a fun, respectful, and uplifting environment for all children. We ask campers to treat others with kindness, respect, and good manners throughout the experience.

Photo & Video Notice: Photos and videos may be captured during camp activities for promotional and educational purposes connected to Jayme Hill’s Kidz Kindness Clubhouse™.

Yes, by checking the box, I, the legal parent/guardian of said child participant, do hereby agree to all of the terms below:

Release of Liability: By registering your child for Jayme Hill’s Kidz Kindness Camp (Hillstone Consulting Group, LLC), you acknowledge & agree that the camp activities involve some physical movement & group interaction.

You release and hold harmless its staff, volunteers, and venue from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the camp. You confirm that your child is in suitable physical and emotional condition to participate in camp.

Photo & Video Release: You grant permission for your child to be photographed and/or recorded during camp activities. These images & videos may be used for: Website content, Social Media Platforms, Promotional Materials, & Marketing Campaigns. No compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

I have read & agree to the Release of Liability and the Photo & Video Release. This action serves as your digital signature and full consent.
